I saw that my Walmart had gotten in more amiibo cards, so I bought five packs, and managed to get a few I was looking for. So now I have a bunch of cards I dont mind parting with. xD might go back after work and see if there are any more left and get another pack.

Has anyone entered the Happy Home Network challenge?  I like how you get two exclusive items just for entering, which is nice because I am a sucker for huge cake items. xD

I plan to, just was hoping to get Merengue to show up, so I can unlock some more Sweets items first. I may just go ahead and do it, though.

Isn't Louie and his Nintendo furniture supposed to be available today via Spot Pass as well?

UGH!!!! I picked up playing NL again. I was having a good time until earlier, the WORST resident moved in- Egbert. I already dont like lazy flipping Egbert but he really made me angry when I saw he had his house built like RIGHT in front of mine and in my garden where I had black, purple, and pink roses planted..... (;´Д`) I worked so hard to breed those darn things LOL! Since he lives so close to me he is always in my remaining rose flowers that survived.... walking around carrying around his darn fishing pole. OMG anytime I see him I just just him with my net. So mad right now! *about to loose vegetarian-hood by grilling Egbert over campfire* hmmm that got dark too fast.... _(._.)_

on a happy note I cught two arapiama and a saddled bir (?) that spikey skinny fish earlier! Also got me a scorpion!

Aw... I like Egbert! =( But that would be SUPER annoying if he moved in over hard-to-get hybrids. That should be illegal or something.

When I recently restarted Mayberry, I meant to take important items with me. (I held things in Pripyat until I needed them.) But I forgot my wet suits! :( I'd like to buy a pink one and a white one, which are the colors I had before. I can island hop, but it'll take forever to get those two specific colors. Does anyone have wet suits to sell?

Edit: Got them!

I was able to trade in some icky Xbox games and rebuy AC. Maybe this time I won't accidentally get rid of it. So... I've always played by myself, how do I visit other towns??

I was just thinking recently that I need to get back to this game. BUT guess what? My 3DS is broken again and needs to be sent in for repairs... again. Has anyone else had such bad luck with theirs?

I did with my first. It was broken more than it worked. I finally got rid of it. Now with this one I haven't had any issues as of yet.

I'm so sorry. I haven't had any issues with mine.

I did break my DS around 2009 and went two years without games (including both Pokemon HG and Black as they were released T.T) until I got the 3DS. That was no fun.

I've always gotten good ones and had good luck, but my brother got a dud. He bought a black XL a year ago and his is already broke. He treats it very gently too. He'll lose all his streetpass data too if he doesn't sent it in for repairs. He's very disgusted over it.

Oh no! Is it still in warranty? The first time mine broke, it was just under a year so I was able to get it "fixed" for free, and they extended the warranty for another year. That means that I can still send it in again to get it fixed for free. It's just such a pain, though. It shouldn't be broken to begin with. :(

My Nintendo products have always worked beautifully. My brother did get a dud 3DS and was able to return it to WalMart (it wasn't working outta the box), so I've heard of it before. My bad luck was with Xbox 360. Had two die to "red ring of death" and a third to a disc tray that stopped reading discs. Not impressed and the fact that X1 is the only current gen console I don't own likely reflects that.

I've never had an issue with my 3ds and its almost 3 years old I think?
We also have a Wii and WiiU and no problems there either. I've actually had Nintendo products for quite some time without issues.
It could have been a lemon I guess
