again. 48 and a half more hours! We have some awesome entries so far, but not enough for a full quilt yet. If you were thinking about entering but haven't done so yet, please do! The design can be just a quick sketch with a short description. It doesn't have to be fancy; just enough to give us an idea of what you are planning.

Wow! I'd love to try this but I would have nonidea how. Do I color the image and then transfer it to the fabric? How do I do that?

Sorry, friends! I started a new job and have been having internet troubles like crazy. Stupid Comcast. I didn't get enough entries to make a full quilt, so I am trying to figure out what to do. *facepalm* I can sotimes post from my phone, but that's about all I can manage. Will get everything sorted asap!

all good - I know the RL gets in the way. I was just looking for an update really. Shame you didn't get enough for a full quilt, maybe those who did enter could make their squares double size? Or see if anyone else has had any new ideas since the closing date?

I would be glad to give something a try. My life is bonkers though as well and the soonest I could have a sketch ready is probably this weekend.

I was worried about making the deadline so I passed on this(I have a lot going on in life right now, new responsibilities at work and a little less time for hobbies), but I would still love to help out with this, if you only need a couple more!  I can try to sketch something up this week, if you'd like the help.

Thanks, guys!    I had 5 entries and they're all amazing and very different.    I could do a simple square myself probably, which would round it to 6.  If we get 3 more, I can at least make a 3x3 lap quilt.  If anyone else has any designs they'd like to try, then I'd love to see them!

I'll have a think about another square, I already have a few ideas running through my head. I'll get back to you by the weekend.

Even if you dont have enough entries,  you can still make a larger quilt by bordering the squares with smaller ones and maybe making a pretty pattern out of one.
