Oh dear, I spotted this thread a bit late!

I bought 3 funkos from this seller too. Because I've been so busy I didn't have time to message her and check they'd been sent but I was getting suspicious as they weren't turning up in the mail.

I've filed a claim with paypal. I hope I get my money back....

I'm sorry Claramel...this person has left so many disappointments in her wake I'm glad you've filed with PayPal. Don't expect her to respond at all. Even with Paypal nipping at her heels, she won't acknowledge anything.

Update from the second order was for sure a scam for me, I haven't got my money yet, I escalated the case hopefully I get a refund I provided evidence of fraud.

Well, she had items that a lot of people wanted and apparent proof of ownership with her photos. Plus, really i'm sure in the backs of most of our minds we knew we would be Ok since PayPal has their protection policy, and it really wasn't a tonne of money from each person, so...

Exactly this! It's a real shame that someone would and did come into our community and cause such distress.  It takes a real dirt bag to come into and prey on toy collector's for a few extra bucks and possible jail time.
