I got this little baby in an antique shop, along with a rainbow colored one. 
She has some smudges on her, and her hearts seem faded. Some of the cream turns white in spots, but I'm not sure if that's normal.

Also, is Salty's hat and bandanna hard to find?  I want to buy a Salty, but can't afford a full outfit Salty right now, so I was wondering if his hat pops up a lot...

She does look as though she needs a good clean unfortunately, her body and symbols look as though they have faded quite a bit. Normally $20-22 for her in good condition. With her problems perhaps $12-14.

Salty's hat and bandana are perhaps one of the easier BB sets to find but they are always popular so you need to keep an eagle eye out to spot one and win.
