I'm coming solo. I don't have a Facebook, so can I get informed here? Am I allowed to bring things for sale/trade? (Don't have a ton, but a few things!)

That's fine, I put you on the list of people I know are attending, Mermaid and yes you can bring sale/trade stuff that's what a meet/swap is all about. I don't know if I have any tables left though I have to double check tomorrow.

Yeah we can squeeze in a few more tables if you want to bring a card table. I'll know sometime today hopefully how many more tables we have in the building.

Seems that I can't reach the auction house until Thursday afternoon - then I will know the total number of tables still available. I'll let everyone know a soon as I can. Even if you can't get a table you can still bring sales and trades - we're flexible Tote lids make good small tables.

I am going to be bringing most of my pony plush collection to sell as well. I also have a large frilly frocks and pj sweetie belle that I may bring if someone is interested.

It's great to see there's so much interest in this meet! How many total are we at so far? Maybe I should bring two suitcase of ponies , instead of one lol

I think my count is around 30-35 people right now....I have 15 tables on hold for vendors and a couple more on a waiting list. I am getting a final count on the tables later today.
