I don't have a user name it was a guest checkout customer on Etsy. I do have their name and full address though.
Shall I just post their name here?

Well if anyone has problems with someone in the UK complaining before the pony arrives and then again when it does (even though everything they complained about was noted and photographed) feel free to contact me to see if its this person too.

(they did say it was their first time buying through Etsy, so presuming they usually buy on eBay. Wonder how many times they have got away with this behaviour before)

All i will say to anyone who has a customer like this is stand your ground and do not give into bullies. They clearly decided from the get go that they wanted to try to get money back on this pony.
Also follow your bad pony instincts. I ignored mine, big mistake

What a nasty experience, sorry you went through all that but at least the buyer finally saw sense and your pony is on her way back to you. Hopefully she makes it safe and sound, maybe another buyer will appreciate her more and she'll find a new home another day.

Please everyone be very careful with this buyer, they clearly wanted a discount from the off then got very angry & rude when we told them to send it back rather than offering a discount.
