PC MOC UK Bluebell

As some of you know I've had a lot of problems with my foal this spring, the vet bills were pretty high so I'm going to be letting some ponies go. Not sure what to price this girl at though,
MOC UK Bluebell on French card. The bubble looks like it's coming off and there's some old tape but it feels securely attached when I shook her. Please see pic for condition.

Its a set which turns up occasionally and as you know the issues with the bubble are going to cause a problem. I would start at $60 and go from there.
