Pullip love! Pic Thread

I want to start this, as I love seeing Pullips, and I want to see more of y'alls!  Plus, I need to take more pics of mine..I'm a bad photograph-taking mommy.  >.> So, bring on the Pullip spam!!



So, I need to take more pictures of my Pullips, big time.  I am hoping to get more shots in this weekend (as well as some of my MH dolls too!) but it will depend on the weather, of course.  =] 

Here are my girls, in their lovely home for now.  I am always looking for more things to add to their abodes, but I just don't know what all to do!  And yes, they all have their own personalities already, even though I haven't had them that long.  =]  Sorry for the bad photos...I was in a really big rush, and I had only set them down for the night.

Rosalie is the techie, and loves to tinker with electronics.  She is a bookworm, and a fan of all things educational, but she has a real penchant for Hello Kitty.

Nella (need a new name for her) is the animal enthusiast, and loves to both collect animal toys, as well as animal friends.  She can't quite understand the concept of "No more pets!"

Harmony is the fashionista, and is a diva to the core.  She has a cool, collected demeanor, loves all things intellectual and stylish, but can't seem to hide her love for Dumbo.  =]  She may seem aloof, but she is a dear friend, and loyal to those she holds dear.

Guinevere, or Gwen for short, is the artistic one of the bunch.  She loves to read, write, draw, anything that is artistic is her penchant.  She loves random items, and her eclectic style is easily seen.  Gwen rarely wears shoes, except for when she has to leave the house and go abroad, and even then, if it is permitted, she will lose the shoes!  She refuses to dye her hair, like her companions are fond of doing, and is quiet, but fiercely loyal.

Your Pullips are all so lovely!  I found a nice pair of dresses for my girls this last weekend at a garage sale, but struck out on the outfit I ordered form Ebay.  (It was a Barbie outfit that is really cute, but needs to be adjusted). 

What are some of your favorite outfits for your sweeties?  How about shoes?  Oh, and I finally came to a wonderful agreement with Harmony's wig....it cooperates with me and stays on her head (it's not glued down), and I won't lash out at it with scissors!

My poor couple, everyone's gonna find out how neglected they are. xD

Arisa has no shoes (except her stock ones which are such a pain she never ever wears them), but she can share outfits with some of my other dolls. My favorite ones are a dress I got from Mimiwoo years ago and a Barbie dress from my childhood. I also have a particular purple Liv dress I adore on her, but I don't have any photos that show the dress itself.

Poor Johnathan doesn't even have feet! xD When I got him one of his feet popped out so he just never uses it, hahaha. At some point his other foot popped out so he doesn't use that one either. As for clothes, he's even more neglected. He has his stock shirt (pretty nice), stock pants (pretty awful), and an ill-fitting Barbie? shirt. I think I also have a pair of Barbie swimtrunks he can fit, but they look awful with his hair.

Oh gosh, cuuute! I LOVE that Captain Hook!

Pullip is really adorable... I thought she was kind of weird-looking when I first started getting into BJDs and now I lovee her, but I never did wind up getting any. I kind of really want the Anne of Green Gables one, though-- if I was going to get just one Pullip I know she'd be the one.

I love seeing everyone's owner photos-- I think dolls always look best in owner photos because even if the camera isn't the best or the technique isn't perfect, the love shows through.
