Price check on two G3 MIB playsets

I'd like a price check on my G3 Bloomin' Blossoms Shop with Meadowbrook and Twinkle Twirl's Dance Studio.  These are MIB/NIB.  Any ideas on prices?  What's the G3 market looking like these days?  Thanks.

I actually think the G3 market is better than it has been for a while - certainly for loose and MIB single ponies. The larger playsets still lag a little behind - probably because of the cost to ship them - but they are better than they have been.

Twinkle Twirl's Dance Studio - $25

There are often much higher BINs for both sets floating around ebay - which are consistently relisted again and again. But occasionally at those higher prices they will sell. So perhaps if you are not in a rush that is worth trying?
