Yes this ^ At the moment only 2 of them have been classes as "Super Fashion" and its Trixie and this new Twilight.

According to listings I have seen the set comes without the doll. Although the set was pictured at toy fair with a doll alongside, which doesnt seem to have any other obvious release.

I think that in the second wave of basic dolls, it will include dj, aj, rarity, and the two girls that were pictured with adagio.
