Anyone sold a G1 School House recently? PC help please!

I want to sell this but have no idea what to ask, due to condition. It has two rulers, two pencils, two desks, two books that go on the desks, a book, a xylophone and two sticks for the xylophone. Here are some pics.

I was watching one on eBay the other night, went for around £10 + £5 P&P with all accsessories.
Missed it as it ended at a stupid time in the morning!

It will go higher if its open to international auctions of course. Although it's missing some items, a good cleaning with H202 cream will probably brighten up the building again and it tends to be a popular set. In that condition $20-25 sounds good.

I think I bought one (all accessories + bell) for around $40 - $60 with box

But that said it was shipping from UK to US.  I don't know how much the States and traveling affects it.
