Tapatalk problem!

So I got tapatalk on my iPhone and that's what I'm using now but I also got it on my iPad and when I click on the arena it says "log in failed, you have either entered an invalid username/pw or you administrator has restricted access via tapatalk" I logged in again to make sure and it still says this grr
