Seeking Princess fakie
« on: March 27, 2014, 06:09:14 PM »
I am not sure if I am posting this in the right forum, so i apologize ahead and please feel free to move my post to the right place. heh :lookround: I have been wondering if anyone has seen the mythical fakie Princess Rinse & Spit pony. I have heard that there was a small production at some point in the 1980's? Has anyone have seen this pony in real life?

I actually have one she is pink colored and needs new hair, there are several color variants though.

Don't worry, she's hardly mythical!  ^.^ The reason she may be harder to buy is because there is just so much interest in her! Just keep your eyes peeled, you'll find her!
I'll put something here some time

You will find a variety of pictures on those links :)

She comes up for sale often enough; perhaps not as much as regular MLP but then again fakies often get overlooked because they are not Hasbro MLP. She is also sought after in all her colours and forms so that increases her value. But keep an eye out here and ebay and you will certainly find one eventually.
Thank you Matcha for my gorgeous Baby Fifi avi

I found one a few weeks ago at a second hand shop. I adore her, she's so hilariously adorable (and I don't normally go for fakies)! :)

Hey thanks everyone. I agree partypony566, She is so teethy haha *Teethy Princess* should be her name. :P I remember when I squeezed her sides; her crown light up and she made a galloping noise.  :frolic: I used to have one in dark green colors MOC but released her after sometime as I broke the blister from pressing on her to make the noises. I wish I could find her back! :( Maybe that was a special knock off release.

Ah, so that's what her noise box did! It would have been a reasonable assumption, almost all horse toys made that sound, but it's nice to have confirmation! Sadly, I've never heard of a working Princess RnS. There are still working Buddy L ponies who did the same thing, though, so there is hope. I wonder if Princess RnS was trying to be a knock off of Buddy Ls AND My Little Pony!  :wonder:
I'll put something here some time
