Merged topics/want to Bump

Ok so I've looked and I've only confused myself    but every time I got to bump my sales topic it merges my reply with the original message and doesn't bump my topic.

How do people bump stuff?  I've seen it done....

Double posts cannot be made less than 24 hours apart. Once a day has passed, you are able to bump your own thread.
