Wow! Blue Twilight...like PKW I haven't seen one for sale in at least a year, actually probably more [2013 seems to have passed me by in a pony blur] not to mention how sought after she is. Taking offers with a set reserve you are comfy at is 100% the best idea. However for sale $360 at least I would think.

I sold a MOC one for $500 in the summer of 2012. I haven't seen her sell again since or for quite sometime before.

I don't recall seeing her for some time either. You would probably be best taking offers, but I wouldn't accept anything below $300 at the absolute lowest. If kkv sold an MOC one for $500, I would expect her price to be nearer that.
