The Toy Fair 2014 (UK toy fair)

The only thing I've found about ponies at the toy fair so far is this post from someone who was there

Interesting...pretty cool to know there will continue to be G1 merch! Thanks for posting. I kinda hope the NY Toyfair has more to offer though. Doesn't sound like there are any new characters...

Nothing too interesting going on with the pony line though. The "build your own" ponies might be interesting but it sounds like they will be pretty small? I'm not interested in even more small fully molded pony toys.

That is really interesting.  It reminds me of the Monster High Create a Monster kits.  Are there pictures or a more detailed description of this anywhere.  I'm very intrigued!

eta: I read the site referenced in the OP.  So they're pretty small.  Too bad- I was hoping for something a brushable sized at least.  Oh well.  There's not to much there I feel really excited about.  I feel like I'm in pony doldrums over here LOL

At one point Bulls-i-Toy was going to make MLP Puzzle Eraseez (buildable erasers). I wonder if it was those they saw or something else.
I'm hoping some pics or toy reports show up.
Doesn't seem like there was much too terribly interesting (I'm not an EqG fan so it's actually a bit disappointing they seem to want to continue to focus on those instead of the ponies) but I still want to see.
I'm more anxious for what might be at NY Toy Fair next month now though.

Haha yes I knew it! You can't have EQG rock merch without DJ Pon-3. Looks like she'll be my first and only EQG doll.

But they're not making a whole new movie right? I remember a thread about an Equestria Girls 2 Book that had no info so hopefully thats what it is.

I don't think there will be much different in terms of "regular" ponies for TFNY, only because I feel like the focus will be more on EQG. (I hope they don't phase out ponies completely ) But I'm excited at the prospect (and to see images) We'l find out soon, less than one month!

That's what I'm afraid of. =( Other toy companies are getting my money recently because of EG and lack of new brushable characters.

So EQG2 is confirmed. We've already seen Trixie's doll, and DJ's coming soon... Maybe we'll see those two in pony form during the Power line? It's been since the Wedding that we saw Trixie, and DJ was in the first faves set (excluding her being one of the 2013 Fair ponies), so I bet new versions of them would be welcome.

I wonder if the POP buildables will look anything like the Gacha buildable ponies? The name is kind of confusing with the Funko Pop! figures too.

Anyway, for the record, my position on the Rainbow Rocks movie, if the report is to be trusted:
