Thats great you wanted to come back and make things right! I'm really glad you posted here - I know its not easy when things go wrong to make them right - especially if RL has kept you down and a lot of time has passed, but I always appreciate and  admire people who are honest about what happened and make it right in the end   Hope all ends well with the transaction soon

It's never too late to right a wrong!  Everyone messes up, but not everyone takes responsibility for it and actively works to fix it.  You are good peeps, & I hope you are able to track your person down & make their day.
