request for help/advice pony restoration please: hair!

Alright, it is time I start planning out the restoration of a couple of ponies!
I have a Salty and a Baby Shaggy that I would like to try to restore. Everything is good about them except they have no hair! I have not seen them in person with hair, so ...... (using dollyhair)..
For Salty I was thinking Wisteria and Heart Throb. For Baby Shaggy I was thinking Heart Throb is also a match.
Do Salty and Baby Shaggy have a similar shade of pink hair? From what I can tell they seem to.
Also, I have been looking (unsuccessfully) for a picture or info to get the placement correct for Salty's pink stripe. Can anyone direct me to a site/thread available with this kind of info?
