I am new to mlp arena hope to find some helpful restoration tips also does anyone know how to defrizz build a pony fluttershy hair because mine is very frizzy yet it is new!

Welcome to the Arena.  I hope you stop back and tell us a little more about yourself.  As to the build a bear pony, I am sure someone in the Pony Corral can help you with that question.
