It was really honest of her (even though it was a mistake)! Especially since I had already left positive feedback.

She is novemberay on Ebay. She's not currently selling any ponies it looks like. Apparently she has a few neutrals and 1 negative feedback over the last year. They sound like all dumb reasons to leave bad FB though and they could have all been solved by contact.  One person said took 3 days to ship. WOW, 3 days? The horror.
