UK Magazine Twilight on the way

Remember this mysterious Pinkie Pie toy? I just got a pair of 2.25" figures, Twilight and Pinkie, assuming they were from the Monopoly set, but no, the Pinkie is definitely the one from the magazine and the Twilight is definitely in the same style, so it looks like there's a Twilight on the way. (Or... already released? I don't live in the UK so I can't comment, but if so, nice going!)

Magazine Twilight has a more elaborately layered hairstyle in the top front, and on her display side, the part of her mane going down to her neck is split into more pieces and doesn't have the highlights curving forwards. The highlights on her tail are more purple-oriented. Likewise, magazine Pinkie's mane curves in more toward her right eye, and the two tail versions curl differently. Both the magazine figs look to have somewhat wider eyes than the Monopoly ones do, too, or at least eyes that are set farther forward.

Its been a while since I bothered to check the price on them and I only have a couple but I believe they run to a rather expensive £3.49 per issue.

Thats cute I may pick up the current issue if it features the toy however.

£3.49's a bit steep....are the toys closer in size to a brushable or a blind bag figure? Would be worth it if she's more 3" size than blind bag sized

OH just bought the magazine for me at lunch time (I decided only to get the ones with figures!) and it says £3.99 on it, and that's the price it went through for at Tesco. There is a free story book in this one as well as a pony though.

TS is really cute, she looks happy with my Pinkie Pie!

ooh the new one is out now   I MUST get to the shops at some point today. I didn't see any when i was out in Cheltenham today, but I usually get them from my local co-op store. They always have them in!!

I got it The book is Twilight Sparkle and the Crystal Heart Spell although its just an extract(64 pages), it says at the end the full book is avaliable at Asda (but there's limited availability). It also says Pinkie Pie and the Rocking Pony Party is coming soon, and there will be a 3rd MLP DVD released on February 17th called A Pony Party.
The story in this issue is based off One Bad Apple
