Siggy check/Avatar check??

I have multiple images that I'd like to rotate between for my siggy, but I've been afraid to as I believe I've been visited by Bertha 4 times already since joining...

So...
I'm running a sig check; I keep clicking to check the size in properties but it's not letting me check it here or on photobucket.

I'm a bit fuzzy in memory with this.

When I check the file size on my computer does it stay the same after it's uploaded or does photobucket like to mess with file sizes and make them bigger?
And...
The current sig image I'm running on says this when I check the original file on my computer:
size: 32.6 KB (33,390 bytes)
size on disk: 36.0 KB (36,864 bytes)

Am I ok to use this pic?
Should I post up the rest of my pics here to run them by the awe inspiring guru's for an ok?

Yup, your current sig is a good size - 32.61 KB (33,390 bytes)

From my experience, Photobucket does not edit the size from what it is on your computer. I think if it did, it would be because of using their photo editing. If any change from uploading, it should be within 1 KB.

I'm pretty sure these all fall within parameters, and I appreciate a check over. I really do like to change things up more often than I have been.

I never use photobucket to edit pics.
I do everything in ms paint. (Thus the "amazing" amount of creativity that's oozing from these... har har.)

Hi!
I did some digging for avatar rules and such and changed over to an animated gif. I just really want to make sure that I'm not going over any type of quota with it (it uploaded just fine). I like being able to change things rather regularly so I don't want to get my image locked (do you lock avatars?) without checking first!

[plus now that I don't have photo editing software it's more fun for me to change the avvi more so than the siggy pic.]

I don't know of any specific limits on avatars, and we don't worry about them as much (unless it's something inappropriate for the site, of course). Sigs are a bigger problem because they can get so huge.

This topic hasn't been posted in at least 120 days... That means I haven't made a new siggy pic in MONTHS. Geesh, this is what happens when I get a computer that has no photo editing software.

Can this image please be checked so I can use it as a siggy image? (At least until my ADD kicks in again.)
