None Paying Bidder Question
« on: December 05, 2013, 11:24:07 PM »
Okay opened cases on two none paying bidders and still nothing.  Did hear from one, said they would pay this past Tuesday and still nothing.  So where do I go now?  Report the buyers?  How long does it normally take for ebay to close the case and refund fees?  Sorry so many questions but first time I have had this issue in all my years of selling on ebay.  Thanks in advance and have some :cookie: 's.

That sucks Diamond  :(

If you already have cases open, you have four days from the time you opened to then close them. Just go into your case details and close it out. Ebay will then refund your FVF's immediately and an unpaid item strike reported on their account.

Thanks for posting this, Diamond. I'm facing a similar situation. Two non-paying bidders who haven't responded at *all*, even to my second invoice last night. One is a $0.99 cent item - why would you risk a strike on your account over that?! So if I don't hear from either one tonight, I'm going to have to open cases on them.

This coming on top of a fragile item I received broken from a seller who absolutely did not ship it properly - in a bag instead of a box.  I fear I'm in for a fight on that one. -_-

If you already opened the cases, there should be a button on the right hand side so you can close the case and get your fees back in the resolution center. It will ask if you have received payment. Go from there.
