I think Sweet Apple Acres is fixed. I have some shops and ponies like Granny Smith and Apple Pie back in my game.

Gameloft announced on the game's facebook page that she's limited edition like Torch Song :/

Ok I am devestated 

I was on level 80 and I bought 675 gems with the promo offer

Logged on today I am level 79 - missing all 675 gems, over 150,000 bits, 1 pony,  1 shop and loads of ponies I had leveled up have gone down 

What can I do?????

Definitely contact gameloft, if only for the gems. It's not right they got taken away.

In the future I think you can prevent game data loss by exiting it from the menu. If you on android keep hitting the back key and an option will come up in the lower right to exit the game. I think by doing this it also forces your game to save than if you closed it via Android. ..

This is true in my experience too, though it doesn't help if the game experiences one of its frequent crashes instead.

Submitted a form, fingers crossed.

I could actually cry!! Ironically I use the game to help me quit smoking, everytime I get a nicotine craving I load the game, collect my bits, level a pony up and by then the craving has gone. So to reward myself I bought 675 gems with the money id saved from not smoking and then this happens......

And yes I did have a cigarette after that happened!!

I'm pretty sure the xperia is an android phone. If it's not ios, then it's probably android because I don't think the game is available on any other mobile platform.

You can also exit properly by going to the settings button from the menu in the top right corner. It should bring up the exit button with the settings. Using the back key just brings up the settings without having to click it on the game. :3 I hope it helps!

Gameloft should be able to give you your gems back, otherwise that's seriously not fair. They are aware of the game losing progress too.

So far no cantact from Gameloft  but it is a bank holiday. Ive got my ticket number so i'll be giving them a nudge tomorrow.

Managed to get back to level 80 but im still 3 quests behind where I was before as well as minus 675 gems

I lost some of my progress tonight. I was on level 73 (almost at level 74) and I got set back to level 72. I also lost the observatory that I was in the process of building, the pumpkin patch, apple tubs and apple tress in Sweet Apple Acres and Lyra Heartstrings that I won in the Back to School challenge.  She was in my inventory but I hadn't put her in Ponyville yet. I also had the unicorn guard in Canterlot up to 4 stars and was working on the 5 star and he went down to 3 full stars.

The best I can figure out I lost 2-3 days worth of progress.  I just checked the Facebook page for the My Little Pony game and other people are also saying their game froze and they lost progress.  It would be nice if Gameloft did something to make up for the lost progress.

Welp, even though I quit my game,all my progress from earlier has been lost =/ bye bye EqG dance scores, new level and a good 10k bits.

Well Gameloft got back in touch asking for my MAC address and a list of all items lost so fingers crossed.
