Has anypony (besides me) made it to the "Defeat Crysalis!" boss stage in the Changeling Kingdom yet? 

If so, how far along are you?   Im on Stage 2.

Stage 3 now for me  3497/ 12000
Is going to be a close call ,4 day and 1 hr left and my changelings are only 296  and I have no boosters on this stage , so I need to produce 8 503 friendship gems , 296 every 2.5 hrs  ,......we will see

Stage 1 wanted Double Diamond, Party Favor, and Night Glider as booster ponies.

Stage 2 wants Metamophed Worker, Cinnamon Chai, and Security Guard pony as booster ponies.

What booster ponies are wanted in Stage 3?

Stage 3 Wants ,Metamorphosed Worker  x2 boost costs 150 gems ,Cratus  for x 5 boost costs 320 gems, the olden Pony x 10 boost   costs 700 gems.
 I have none of them and I spent my gems on getting my number of good Changelings up  to 307 . I could not get any of them with what i had on gems when i started stage 3

2 days and 15 hrs left for me
6866 / 12000  there is still some hope i will make it

I got Cratus and the Worker when they were on sale, not realizing they were for this event.  I'm at 6431/12000 with 4d7h left!

Of course the new expensive ponies, that even "on sale" were not really on sale, are what are needed to advance this event. *headdesk*

I will admit I shelled out for the Discord's Pumpkin shop because it makes Gems - 2 every 6 hours!  That's a TON compared to the other Gem shops!  I kind of thought if I paid for that now, in the future I might have enough "free" Gems to get a pony for free that I'd otherwise have to pay for.

I will admit I shelled out for the Discord's Pumpkin shop because it makes Gems - 2 every 6 hours!  That's a TON compared to the other Gem shops!  I kind of thought if I paid for that now, in the future I might have enough "free" Gems to get a pony for free that I'd otherwise have to pay for.

I only have one gem shop , it gives  1 every 6 hrs, or 2 every 24 hrs , i have it set at 1 every 6 hrs

How many gems  was the Discord Pumpkin ?

I might make it on stage 3, I have 8716 /12000 ,  in 16 min i will have 307 more ,so it will be 9023/12000 LOL   and 1 day 18 hrs left , so It will need to complete 10 rounds of 307  in the next 42 hrs  ,looks like it could work.

I haven't gotten to any of the time bonus rewards. But I don't have bonus ponies, or gems to spend.

Without the booster ponies it is JUST BARELY possible to get enough friendship gems in time IF IF IF you check in every 2.5 hours. I set an alarm to remind me on my phone. And luckily Im on maternity leave now and up to pee every 2-3 hours at night anyway (baby on my bladder!). So Im on stage 3 and it will be a grind but mathematically is is possible.

We shall see.

Houston, Discord's Pumpkin was a real money transaction.  I had Google Play credits saved up and used them to help lower the cost.  I think it was $30 and came with some gems & decor as well?  I don't remember the "extra" stuff thrown in, I was just in it for the gem-producing ability!

Finished the event this morning!  I liked how the game implied there would be more to do in the Changeling Kingdom in the future.

Ohh ok, I was not finding the shop on my menu at all , I have not spend money on the game and well I guess that is why is harder to get stuff done ,but not impossible.

I did it!!  I beat Queen Crysalis in the Changeling Kingdom within the time limit to win Morphed Thorax!!  With 7 hours to spare, and no bonus ponies for Stage 2 or 3!!  I just set an alarm to go off every 2.5 hours and remind me to check in. It was a total grind!!

And now back to checking in only once a day to get gems, hearts, and shards of harmony. Till another grind quest pops up.  Likely a social event thats timed and cant be achieved. Yay.

WAY TO GO!! I ended up buying the lowest-tier helper ponies for rank 3 and 4... I was afraid of timing out, and I like the changeling ponies anyway! I had the spare gems (after hoarding for like, a year?), so now I'm back down to my meager pile of gems... hopefully I'll have time to save up before the next event!
