Your own My Little Pony Hair

Before my current copper color I had what I called "Babs Seed hair." Same shade of brown and slightly lighter red.

Octocorn, I reeeeeeally want that Sunset Shimmer hair! I've been thinking of going to that shade of red but with chin-length hair it won't look as good.

I've done a very bright red before and I'd love to do blue or purple.  Maybe over the summer.

It doesn't show up as bright, I'll try to take a better picture tomorrow
The Violet on my unbleached hair didn't really do anything, in a few weeks I might just bleach and tone my hair white, and dye it lilac, maybe with a blue streak, like Baby Glory  I wanna be a G1 Pony 

So pretty! Makes me really want to dye mine again too!

All these great pictures have definitely made me want to dye rainbow again! I could never pick one colour, I have to have them all at once! 
I'll grow my mohawk (more of a wolf tail really) back out again, bleach it and rock the rainbow once more!
But for the moment I've dyed my bleached tips a nice red, I used my dog's dye (he has a red tail lol)

At the moment I simply dye my hair red with henna, but I've experimented in the past! I've had bright red Sugarberry hair and turquoise tips under my natural mousy blonde hair. I'm tempted to dye it a mad colour at the moment. I'm never very good with the upkeep though!

I miss my pony hair all the time! But alas, I am looking for work in the healthcare industry and it would not help my chances in being hired... boring hair it is...

My youngest sister started a job as a Nurse last year (just graduated) and two days before she was due for an interview with her 1st choice hospital she dyed her hair deep electric blue - looked like UrocyonFox's "Luna" hair further up this page.

This was for the biggest/best hospital in the state.
She got the job.
Of course, she had the academics to prove she was serious about her work, graduating near the top of her class. But still..... bright blue hair!!

I've had my hair various colours including red, blue, turquoise, pink, purple, peach and the more human blonde and gingery. No pics though, I'm not very photogenic! 

Hathor, your hair sounds beautiful! I might dye my hair red again next.

Awww thank you! I work in an industry where you are allowed to be a bit wacky thankfully but sometimes I still feel the need to tone it down

I had Sunset Shimmer hair for the fair this year. 

6 months later and the blonde bits still won't hold my normal red dye well.  ::

I can't dye my natural hair (it's really risky since i'm African American  ) so i'm just gonna have to deal with fake hair

I had a rainbow lazy-mohawk, I rocked it for my final university years but the upkeep was a nightmare!
I sometimes want to do it again, everyone loved it!

Oh if only I had pictures but my hair used to be beautiful aqua green... like Sailor Neptune's!   

But now my career really won't accommodate it at my age.  After a few decades of experience, I could probably do it.

I have not colored my hair in a very long time!!! Blue is the only ponyish color I have had my hair though. I guess the craziest color I've had is grey... how the heck did that get there... LOL

I was never able to get away with wacky coloured hair even though I just ADORED it!  The most I was able to get away with was pink/purple bangs when I was in high school.

I still want purple or green hair, but I think I'm better off just admiring everyone else's. :3

I've had lots and lots of different hair colors from the time I was 16, I'm 24 now and I still am not tired of dying my hair!  I hope with whatever new job I find, I can go back to having fun hair again. Looking back through them, a lot of them resemble pony hair!
