avie always gets stretched

ok this maybe something i maybe completely missing in my settings but i have gone over it a million times it seems. But no matter the size of my avie it is stretched i have tried all kind of sizes same thing. This is really starting to bug me.

I saw that in other members with some adopts. I never had that problem.

I always upload the avatar pic form my computer. Maybe the people that have the problem upload an url form a site like photobucket?
