I'm having this problem as well The entire left side panel is gone! And the home page is completely different.

I have no idea what is going on - all I can guess is a server upgrade that has caused somethings to go to default.... we're looking into it.

Oh my goodness!  I've been searching ALL OVER the site for a couple of hours, even reset my browsing history, everything, thinking I must've clicked a setting somewhere (still a bit new).  I was starting to wonder if I had imagined those links.  Ha!  So glad to see I'm not crazy after all.  Will wait patiently for their return.  They ARE returning, aren't they?!!!    Whatever has caused it seems to have affected whether we can give/see feedback, which was the real reason I was starting to freak out.
