...It's been about 2 years since I've done a count, but my estimate sits somewhere between 1100-1400... depending on "what all you count" as a pony. More if you consider MOCs ponies and what you think about merch and such... and then for newer stuff - blind bags vs. brushables, vs dolls, lmao... it gets hairy.

Wow such vast numbers... ill be honest i did not count BB, mcdonalds or keychains lol. i keep a list of all my ponies and that is the only reason i could come up with a number.

these numbers include doubles and funkos.

edit: i just remembered 3 more G4 error ponies...
strange it doesnt LOOK like i have over 100 G4's....

I have never counted all my "stuff" but like, in my mind - each individual pony "thing" I have is 1 thing, ya know? Like... if it's a set of G1 napkins, it's 1 thing, it's a MIB G3 it's 1 thing, etc... I don't think I'd have enough hours to sit and count stuff like that but, I feel that way when I think about my collection, I've just never justified it with a true number...

Strictly G1 collector here    Right now it's 230something... I was higher, somewhere around 270 but I've been doing a bit of a cull recently of extras and ponies I wasn't feeling the love for

Okay, here's what I've got on my spreadsheet (core collection, 1 of each pony, not counting different versions for the most part) which includes brushables, minis and FS.

G1 - 219
G2 - 43
G3 - 156
G4 - 80
Total - 498

And then I realized that my spreadsheet still hasn't been updated with the last two waves of BB, so add another dozen onto that. I've hit 500... argh!

And then if I added in my 'versions' (long/short hair etc) I'd have more. this is getting crazy!

Plus about 150 doubles in boxes... oh. my. god. no wonder my hubby is going crazy, lol.

G1s- I have 83 ponies, 1 Megan, & 1 complete Scrub-A-Dub-Tub. Technically, 3 are my sister's childhood ponies. According to her, they live with my ponies so they can have many friends!

G3s- I have 51 ponies. Technically, 2 (Bumblesweet and Shenanigans) are my hubby's but they live with my herd. My daughters have a total of 12 ponies. I tried to get them into MLP when G3 was out but they took more of a liking to Barbie. My eldest likes her ponies but doesn't obsess over them. However, my youngest might inherit my pony madness. She gets excited when I bring new ponies home, so we'll see what happens as she gets older

6 fakies- I've become smitten with the CPK Magic Meadows knock-offs with the inset eyes. They are kinda weird looking but I adore them!

haha im not even going to get into how many ponies my daughter has (cuz i dont know) but my pony madness has rubbed off on her too. lol.... i really have no desire to put a number on how many are in my house lol my hubby doesnt need to know that. i just counted mine for fun.

I did a rough count a while ago. I collect mostly G1, G3, G4's and only have 4 G2's. Including the plushies I have I was just a bit shy of 1000....probably hit that now. Hahaha no wonder my husband looks like this

Yeah my numbers are under lock and key... hubby NEVER needs to know! He does see the packages, and the ponies everywhere, but I'm always shipping out, too, so that keeps him docile for now...

I have no clue. I have some from all generations.. most of them are g1 and g3 though. My BF says I must have around 1000. Honestly, don't really know though.
