Let me explain. I found a grail pony of mine on Ebay that needs some restoration and bid. I noticed the seller had a few other decent ponies that were low so bid just to kinda combine shipping there. I like to buy in lots normally anyway if I can. These other ponies were ones I've wanted but not so bad I would just die to have them. Anyway won my auctions all but one and got my grail. I'm super happy. Now I'm also "dang I missed that one! She would look goo beside the others..."  Lol not that I need her or was dying to have her just that last minute gimmie! Ever do that?

I'm having such bad luck with eBay at the moment.

I'm trying to get accessories for 3 play sets. I found a buy it now for a 1st place rosette for the show stable, lost in post.

I was outbid at the very very last second on a Spike and 2 horseshoes for the castle. (I only need 1 shoe)
I was thrilled when I was given a second chance offer on it.....lost in post.

2 auctions for plushies have been ended early. I totally forgot about a third, missed it buy 30 seconds.

I'm trying to collect all the ponies I had as a child. I was watching a sea pony for days, out bid again at the last second, by 20p or something stupid. The other bidder had already outbid me on the other 2 ponies from same person. Still not sure how they managed it, auction sniper maybe?

The only good thing was winning a Bluebell for 99p!!!! Yay! She has initials written on her feet, but I do not care!

But, there's certain circumstances when I show a friend a listing and they buy it. Even if i wanted it, it makes me happy knowing a friend has it.
My one friend has a beautiful Wind Whistler and my other friend has a really close to mint condition Star Glow. It makes me happy.

I've done it so often that if I see something I'm sort of on the fence  about I'll just go for it now, 'cos if i dont and I go back for it later it will be gone and I'll regret it foooooreeeeever   oh ok, maybe not forever, but until the next one comes along anyways

Tons!!  I bid on a lot of stuff, and sometimes I forget to watch the auctions.  Occasionally I win, but when I lose out on something I kind-of wanted, I tend to obsess a little 

For example, there was a pair of MH prototype shoes I wanted and bid on.  They were cute, but not a pair I needed to have.  I lost the auction in the last seconds (after being the only bidder for 6 days!) and I was immediately disappointed.  So much so that I tracked down another pair a few days later

I'm trying hard not to look at eBay, because I know there are only a few (dozen... *cough* hundred... *cough*) more ponies I have room for, or have a place for.
No I don't actually have room for a few hundred more, and I certainly wouldn't know what to do with that many!!

That being said, I could give a looooong list of names I would love to have & can tell you exactly where they will go.

But seeing a pony I really want & adding others to make up the shipping is a quick way to the poor house.  :-(

All the freaking time! Sometimes Ponies run up SO high I'm like; I can't afford that! Shoooot! And then someone else buys them and I'm totally bummed
