Birthday Wishlist PC

I need help with a PC for the items on my birthday wishlist for my husband. He is not very familiar with my hobby except for understanding what a G1 looks like compared to the others.  So to help out my poor husband could I please get PCs on the following, so he knows what he can expect to pay. He will most likely be shopping on eBay as I don't see him getting an account on here to shop .  (In good to minty condition)

A lot of prices are low(er than that) at the moment, but the prices can still go crazy on the guys.
