I haven't seen her for sale anywhere, not even on the French eBay.
I sold a Princess Celestia for £6 and a Twilight Sparkle for £10 on the UK eBay in April but I know those two are more common.

The last couple I noticed sold for $20! I am not sure if I would normally price her that high on a site like the Arena but on ebay I guess you never know. If i was selling her on here I would be around the $14 mark.
