You Opened the Blind Bag to see the pony and didn't pay?

I just don't understand why people think it's okay to open the bag before they pay for it and either steal the pony inside or just leave the pony if it's one they don't want.

That's just it, they don't think its OK, they know it's wrong, but they just don't care. Anyone who doesn't know it's wrong to open something you don't plan on buying, is probably a child who hasn't been taught better.
