My TRU has never sold any funko figs at all, so congratulations to all those of you finding these amazing prereleases! They look lovely in the photos.

They are new to TRU they were never at any before, atleast to my knowledge, the first time I saw them there was today!

I was so mad today...went to TRU and they had Spitfire and Bon Bon out so picked them up. Went to check out and they wouldn't ring up and asked for a price check on them. Well I guess who they asked must've been a manager because he came back and said sorry we can't sell these to you, they weren't suppose to be on the self until Sept. Arggghhhhh! It wasn't my mistake, I was so mad!

It's strange how so many stores are making this same mistake.

I wonder if they were given a date to put out the earlier Funkos, and a date to put out the new ones, and put them all out on the first date? Just brainstorming here.

It probably that the boxes simply did not have a street date on them. So they were stocked. However they are not in the system so stores may not even be aware that they should not be on shelves until they attempt to ring them up and come up against the street date.

Actually when the manager came to override the register so I could buy sweetie drops she mentioned something about them not having a release date on the box. So I'm sure this is exactly it.

mine rang up with no issue ... but that was bubbles and whooves not bon bon and spitfire ... i wonder if it's just that assortment right now ... has to be ...

Holy pony luck today! I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw them! Had barely any issues with mine, someone came over fixed it and was on my way had a nice chat to with the guy about bronies, he said so many men ages 20-30 come in and buy there stuff, he said that no one believes him when he tells them young men are one of their largest customers for My Little Pony I said yup I am one of them! They were really helpful manager came over and let me buy them, also got the favorites collection too! Thought about the glitter fashion style but decided to think about it more. Also then went over to hot topic and found a nice upgrade for my sparkly pinkie in much better shape!! And decided to buy some replacements of regular lyra and pinkie since the ones in the mail were not as good! Amazing pony day!

Sweetie Drops looks like she's AMAZING. No flaws or anything. Can anyone confirm that? I was so disappointed with Lyra and Pinkie, hoping these are better.

I would say the quality isn't too bad, from the 6 I saw (I bought 4 of them) I left one Spitfire because part of her cutie mark was missing, and the other Bon Bon had a fw more marks then the other two. Out of the ones I got, one Spitfire had a few patches of dried glue, which doesn't bother me because you can scratch it off if you want. The two Bon Bon's where in great shape, No major flaws.

TRU online is selling them right now, according to some members based on the wording in the online listing they were able to get 2 funkos for the price of 1, or in the case of who ordered mine, because the listing states 2 sweetie drops, 2 spitfire adn 2 celestia (we're getting all 6 for $15 plus shipping), she received an email confirmation from a TRU rep who looked into it and confirmed that the order was correct.
