PC Chacha Llama with issues?

Heya - could I please get a pc on ChaCha with significant marks that will require sunfading, and also a decent symbol rub? (one of the hats has half the paint missing).

Chacha otherwise seems fine.

She runs about $60 in nice condition. Do you think the marks will come off with fading? Assuming you are reasonably confident that they will and with the symbol rub $40 probably because someone needs to take the risk in case they will not come off.
