ok to display?
« on: July 26, 2013, 02:58:49 PM »
unfortunately my german raindrop had a brown spot come up on the backside of her front leg
i clean my ponies regularly and now i'm frustrated. I have cleaned with acetone, boiled in oxyclean, even wiped down with bleach solution inside and out. the spot faded somewhat.

Can I still display her with my other ponies or is she doomed to go into seclusion?

i am ok with the spot being there. you can't even see it when she is on display, but I dont want her infecting the rest of the herd.

tried to do as much research as i could, but i would like the opinion of fellow collectors. thanks for any help, and i hope I posted this in the right area

"Cancer" is not contagious. She may be displayed and stored with other ponies.

Yes its an internal issue with the plastic so it can't actually spread :) Share some pictures if you can! She is such a gorgeous pony :)

Display her proud! One of my favorites, Masquerade, is covered in age spots but it'd be tragic to not let her stand with her pony friends! :)

many of my "rarer" ponies have cancer and they are both displayed and stored together with no problems.
