You have too many ponies...When you can out pony any brony at your bi-weekly get together.

Every other week I get together with friends and the bronies will try to out pony me, but I finally told them how many ponies I have and I was surprised at how many I have.

Yup. Pony room space was a factor when buying my new house. But on that note, you know you have too many ponies when they have their own dedicated room but you still have displays/storage in four other rooms in the house.
