What fabric colours should I use for a G1 and G3 Moondancer? And paint colours for a T-shirt?

Well I guess the colours which they are of course. So white with red and purple for G1 Moondancer and blue and yellow for for G3 Moondancer.

Unless I am misunderstanding the question?

Yah I know, but I mean a specific colour of red, and blue and yellow and purple . Like what you would do to paint a room, except fabric

Sadly fabric color "names" vary by the manufacturer.  :(  So unlike paint and ink, where you use a Pantone color system, the same thing isn't applicable in the exact same way for fabric.  Different materials preserve colors differently.  :)

Just eyeball it!  :-p

Yeah...like LBS says thats going to depend on what brands you have available to hand or in your local stores. Why not print off a picture of each pony and take it along with you to a store to match up? You may get better advice in a craft/hobby shop where you can show pictures and get people to recommend the closest match in what they carry.
