cute... but I DON"T GET IT... where's the Boutique??  this is just a pony?  unless her Boutique is a .. Clear Bubble?  odd...

Well there you are, Rarity would never put up with a plastic bubble boutique. To our little sugar-high-pink-pony-who-ate-too-much-edible-glitter though, it makes perfect sense!

I love that someone called her a gumdrop, she does look like one!

I really like the black hair clip.  Very cute!

I wonder how many exclusives Target will get this year. Since Target seems to get an exclusive collection (Canterlot, Crystal Empire) every year, usually in late July/early August I'm guessing Pinkie Pie's Boutique is the theme for this year. If glittery ponies are the theme, I'm sure Wysteria as well as the glittery FS ponies that have been seen on TaoBao will be part of the collection as well.

I am kicking myself for overspending for this girl :p
Oh well, now I can get two!

I LOVE the packaging! Reminds me of classic Barbie with all that black and pink... or perhaps even like the Junko Mizuno pony :)

Hmm. Wonder if this means there will be a boutique playset too?

I don't normally care for exclusive G4's but man I am sorely tempted by this one!

Interesting theory! If we get a whole line of sparkle ponies (brushable size Mane 6, pls, Hasbro?) then I will be a happy pony collector!

(Is is sad that the G4 line had been so boring at the start that we're all freaking out about G4 sparkle ponies while they were 'just another thing' in the 80's and 2000's for G1's and G3's? lol)

It's going to be difficult to decide whether to take this one out of the box or not! I love that you can see her so well in there.

Pinkie Pie's Boutique... hm, part of me wonders if the concept was originally Rarity's Boutique but Target, like we've been told retailers like to do, went "No, little girls like pink. Make it about the pink one."

So if glitter pinkie is being sold as a purse and called "Pinkie's boutique" -  does that mean Wysteria will also be a purse pony?  I wonder if they will just release Pinkie- or just Pinkie and Wysteria?  I was kinda hoping that they'd candy-ize a bunch of them...

I bet they do an entire glitter release. Wysteria, the mane 6, the fashion styles we have been seeing etc..

but cute.

Maybe there is an as yet unseen playset on the way?

Doesn't the Target exclusive line usually get at least one large set with lots of accessories?  Last years was the FS SA and Cadence and the year before that was the cardboard castle and the year before that was a set with all mane 6, if I am remembering correctly.

Probably why she doesn't have the black and white streaks in her hair anymore too. To be honest, I'm a little surprised they would add black to a playline toy :O Not bad, just surprising.
