EDIT: I've found that they're having issues with their hosting provider so they should be back soon.

Yesterday I went to get a tracking number for a shipment and the site 404'd. Today I went to the site and I'm getting a 404 message in French saying the "If you can not access the file after several attempts, it means it has been deleted."

I can get my money back through Paypal but I'm still a bit ticked off.

Has anyone else been using them? I don't have any contact details for them so I can't e-mail or phone to see what's going on.

Ugggg...I have never used them. But an agent I was using last year, up and disappeared like that with $200. I filed a claim with Paypal and got my money back but I was ticked.

It looks like on the left side there is some contact info for them???  I don't see a phone number though?

Thanks so much for that site. Through there I've found their Twitter and Facebook and it says that they're currently having trouble with their hosting provider. So hopefully they should be back soon.
