I have seen those pics and they are cool-  but don't really prove that Amazon has the correct listing.  I think those are just the pics of what Funko was planning to bring to SDCC...

I ordered mine on Prime so am eager to find out the truth...

Yes this - the images are from Funko and show the SDCC exclusives - they have been floating around for a while. However, they dont prove who Amazon are offering.

I am not saying its not possible and for the sake of ensuring more collectors track these down, I hope it is. But it would be odd and I am highly doubtful...especially as it would be in stock before Funko have technically even confirmed who their exclusives at SDCC are [they are in theory a surprise even with these leaked pics].

Also they are listed on Amazon cheaper than they will be getting sold for at SDCC which is $20.

Did anyone notice the description now says:

??!!   I'm sure it didn't say that before- did it?  I remember reading the description and thinking that despite the title, the description sounded like regular ole Dash.

Anyway- based on the new(?) descript I have revised my opinion and now think there is a damned good chance these could be legit!  I ordered another one-  I'm going to feel SO stupid if they are the regular RD, but it sure sounds like they are the SDCC ones! 

ALSO-  geminicollectibles (who sells Funko products) also now has a bunch of 2013 SDCC stuff up on their website available for sale- so who knows?  Maybe Funko mailed out their exclusives early ??  Seems odd but now I can't WAIT till Wednesday!

Not to worry- I won't blame you in the least if a couple of regular Dash ponies show up- even if they do- the listing very clearly indicates that the ponies are SDCC glitter Rainbow Dash ponies- and now that the description matches- what else can we think??

I do fear now that there was some sort of listing error (maybe it went up automatically based on an incorrect date) and we'll get a refund notice tomorrow when the person filling the order discovers that the ponies aren't in stock yet... the fact that there is no picture yet lends credibility to that theory.

Guess we'll all just have to be patient-  either way dxgirly-  thank you for posting!

I'll have to ask what happens if suddenly an Amazon seller is flooded with returns. I can't imagine Amazon wouldn't side with us if something goes wrong.

Since I'm a sucker for translucent items and also since I don't have regular Funko Dash, I went ahead and ordered her from Amazon. Since I'd been thinking about pre-ordering Funko Pop! Fluttershy for awhile anyway, I went ahead and ordered her as well, which put the order over $25 and made me eligible for free super saver shipping.

I really want Bubbles more, but since the description at Amazon says "SDCC Amazon Exclusive" I'm guessing this particular one is exclusive to Amazon, while the other one is Funko's SDCC exclusive. I'd love to be wrong about that, though, but I think she'll probably only be sold at SDCC.

Oh! I bet you are right- the description is for "SDCC Amazon exclusive" so maybe RD is that, while the grey peg is the Funko exclusive.  I tried looking up whether Amazon had any other "SDCC exclusives" for itself, and couldn't find any, but that does seem to make the most sense.

My first pony allegedly shipped yesterday so hopefully I will find out today what the story is!  I wish they'd just post a picture, lol  but then again, the pony will probably be instantly sold out the second that happens...
