booths map?

does anyone know when we (vendors or otherwise) will be getting to see the booth mapping
i want to know where my table is and who we are by etc
it seems like last year we already had gotten it by this time...
anyone know?

I'm anxious to see the map too!  I am starting to put the display together for my table but it may look a little different depending on whether I'm against a wall or out in the open.

Did you guys request a certain table? I was told we would get an email asking for a preference. But yeah I'm sure she's suuuper busy, and we still have like 3 weeks

I'm finishing the vendor map (and guide) up this weekend. It has been a bit delayed since I still have 15 vendors who have not returned their guide info and I have had to hunt them down.

If you are a vendor and haven't gotten me your info, please email me at summer at mylittleponycon dot com ASAP. Also, if you haven't gotten the vendor questions, check your spam folder or contact me. I want to get this posted very soon, but I don't want to leave anyone out.
