Need help reporting pony scam on Taobao!

Was unsure of where to post this so please mods, move to the correct area if need be.   

I got an email from AquariousMoon today about a seller on the website Taobao (which I'd never heard of til today) that is using images of my customs for some sort of sale.  This person does not own these customs, one is of actually of AquariousMoon's persona pony and she still has it in her collection.  Even with an online translator I can't make heads or tails of the site and do not wish to register for a site that I can not understand.  If anyone is a member of Taobao can you PLEASE report this seller!  The person has no permission from me to use my photos for their own use.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.  Here is a link:

Man that is bad, I know several folks buy off of there, so hopefully one can have someone report it.  Though not sure if they have those functions on that place.

There is a report button but you have to have an account to do so, which I do not have.

Wow, that is garbage! I can't believe they'd do that.. I mean, those are customs!  You can't mass-produce quality like that.

I really don't understand why sites will use photos of products that look nothing like what they are selling! Does it not become a problem when a person gets their item and it's totally different than the photo?!

i'd try to silver line it by saying "oh isn't that flattering, they liked it enough to steal it"
but it just makes me mad. it's not even my custom or my oc and i'm ticked.

If your browser translates it, there is a contact customer service button, maybe that is a place to start???

I saw those while looking through taobao, that stinks that they are doing that. They are very pretty customs.

Oh man, I thought those looked too good to be anything but customs. D: I wonder what they intended to do if someone ordered? Either way, that sucks!

Now that is just not cool. Could a taobao agent maybe help with this, or do they only focus on the buying and selling aspects? I don't use one so I wouldn't know, but I'm pretty sure getting the images pulled will likely require some proficiency in Chinese. Here's hoping you can break that language barrier and catch the culprit! I'm sure there's someone out there who can help translate for you.

Oh my goodness Woosie, I'm so sorry!    That's just awful!  There are quite a few lovelies around here who are somewhat TaoBao savvy, so hopefully they can help you out.

I second getting an agent to help. My agent is really friendly, I use Taobaonow.com

I saw that pony the other day and meant to post in customs to see if it belonged to anyone here as I figured it would, I can't imagine a Taobao seller making her! So sorry that it slipped my mind (been baby bird sitting, it took over everything!)

  you could be right Ponylady - that seller may be making copies of Woosies work to sell on there    how awful! i'm so sorry Woosie! I hope that you can sort this out   it might be worth trying that phone number , and also thank you Honeycomb for reporting the seller.
