Oh darn I missed the one in Minneapolis! I would definitely vote for a repeat of that one *cough*

Don't feel to bad. I missed the one in Lousiville. I will forever be kicking myself for that......... >_<

Same. I'd moved within an hour one week after...

I just returned to collecting and to this site after a long hiatus at the end of last year.

I live in Orlando. I had no idea the fair was in Orlando last year. I am really kicking myself for missing it!

I've only made it to the fair when it was in the Midwest, so I attended 2007 (Memphis) and 2010 (Louisville) and now this year 2013, Indy! I'm keeping up my streak of making it to a fair every three years. :lmao:  I'm super thrilled that after I moved back to Indiana that there's a fair here. If I hadn't moved, it would've been a 10+ hr drive! But I'm less than an hour away now.

That was me I had taken a break from collecting and was focused on being a new mom. By doing such I missed the fair in KY.

*grins* so, I'm not the only one to miss the fair closest to my actual home, lol! (San Francisco, my workplace closed down a few months before the fair so I couldn't afford to go, even though it was only a cpl hours drive)

I was pretty bummed to miss Orlando last year...I was living in SC so Orlando was only 8 hours away.  I wouldn't be able to handle that heat in July though.  However, Indy is only about 6 hours from my home in Michigan, so it's even closer!

I'd definitely be up for an Ohio or Michigan Fair one of these days...maybe near Cedar Point?? ;-)

I'd love for the fair to come to the southern end of California for Los Angeles. I almost went to the Indy one since my old college was only two hours away but bad timing and all.

I wasn't into collecting back when the fair was in CA so hopefully there will be another shot for CA!

I'm also in the Los Angeles area, and I've been hoping the Fair would land here for *years*.

That's my vote!

It does seem like the most people tend to make it when it's in the midwest;) I would be thrilled with Chicago, Wisconsin Dells would be super fun in the summer:) Never stopped anywhere in Ohio but drive through it every year. If it's within 12 hours, I'll drive any more than that, I just can't do it again, driving 20 hours straight to Orlando was just nuts. I'm so thankful it's near by again:)

I really think it's time for a west coast year. It's been east and Midwest the past few years which makes it extremely difficult for some of us west coasters.

Ooooooh I'm with everyone rooting for a fair near Cedar Point! That would be awesome.  I'm actually headed there tomorrow.  :satisfied:
