I agree it looks like a design flaw with the packaging- a ceramic item should be wrapped in bubbles or something- is the pony seriously just LOOSE in the box?  It will be a miracle if ANY of these arrive intact.

it was in a small "bubble wrap bag", but still I think it wasn't secured in the box, just "floating around".

If I were shipping anything like this, I'd probably pack it in 2,000 boxes of stuffing with bubble wrap around the pony, hahah!

But being silly aside, I really hope you can get a new one and get this situation taken care of! So sorry to hear that!
