I understand people have real life issues, but if it starts to get out of control, the fair thing to do is refund the customers if you aren't able to complete the orders. It sounds like she has too much on her plate! Hope things get better for her.

I msgd her the other day for an update. She said she was on holidays with the family and would send me an update pic when she got back. Has anyone else had any contact with her about their commission?

Creampuf said that my pony was still bold but that she would be hopefully done by the holidays. I have not heard anything since:(

Stormy sorry I didn't send you a picture yet...as I didn't get home from vacation until late Sunday night. Cherry was kind enough to send me a link to this forum post, that you were asking where I was. I'm sorry I didn't give you my full vacation itinerary and thus didn't give you the correct time frame as to when to expect something.

Of course in typical me fashion I forgot to snap a pic last night but will do so tonight.

You have not been forgotten and I'm working on your pony. If you absolutely cannot wait, I will happily give you a refund as I have stated before that I would.

Except for when the PM notices were going to my email spam folder and it really delayed any word from me, I've been relatively quick with contacting you back or giving you a heads up when problems ensued with my ability to customize.

I've stated numerous times I'm slow with customizing ponies because of many factors in my life and last year had to be one of the hardest years I have lived through. Is that an excuse for letting you and all my commissioners or fans down, heck no. It is however the basic truth and truth is all I have left to give.

Wicca I sent you an update last night and really sorry I couldn't make my hopeful goal of finishing up the pony before the holidays. Good intentions never finished a project and I'm sorry that my good intentions let you down.

I am waiting artistic direction from Stormy...sent a reply PM in January with color questions, no response.

I just recently remembered Saja's package and will have dropped it off at the post office yesterday.

I just responded to the msg creampuf.  I didnt even realise that u were awaiting a response. The wait time for my custom has been 2 years this month so perhaps if  u know a customer hasnt repsonded but definetely wants their long awaited  custom a follow up pm wpuldnt have been too far out to do.
