Becoming Frustrated...Need Advice

Hi, I know I may be overreacting about this but my gut feeling is telling me something and I need some advice. There is a seller over on the trading post who listed approx. 30 NIB G3's. I asked about 4 of them and made an offer which was accepted. She also mentioned that she was open to trades for G1's for her little girl so I offered her a NM Parasol which she accepted and took the price off my total. I mailed Parasol off last Tuesday and she said she would do the same. Come Friday last week she had not mailed my ponies saying she was sorry and she would get them out via priority that same day. I have not heard anything back and have messaged her a couple times asking for my tracking info. The ponies did not arrive today so I am crossing my fingers hoping they come tomorrow. I sent payment as normal because she has a feedback rating of 2 back from 2011. Seeing this I decided I needed to cover my bum in case I did not receive my ponies. I hate opening paypal claims and I will be even more upset if I just sent her a free pony and a nice one at that for a toddler without getting compensated. What should I do/how long should I give this?

This would probably get more attention in trader support. I would personally wait this week and maybe contact mods from the TP? I'm not sure on that. Trades always make me flail till the items show up.

I am sorry to hear of your situation. It sucks when you have a gut feeling that you can't shake.  :( Have you made a post on the TP regarding the matter? If you haven't I would advise you in doing so. I would also maybe contact one of the Mods there so they are aware of the situation, just in case.

If it were me though I would probably send a message that says something along the lines of "URGENT REPLY NEEDED". I would tell her that you have completed your end of the trade/transaction and you expect her to do the same. And can she please provide you with the tracking number and day of shipment. I would also provide a deadline for such information. And it is up to you but I would select a timeframe as to what you feel is reasonable, perhaps a week???

You've got some Great advise! Have you checked to see if the seller has logged onto the site recently? Maybe RL has got in the way and they will get back with you soon. Really hope you get your ponies soon! Keep us updated :)

I sent another message to her and have yet to hear back. I am going to give it until Friday and go from there but you guys are right, I should probably mention this to the mods over there. I just end up over here more :p and everyone is always so helpful on this site.

I will keep you posted :)

As for the ponies... I paid for a NIB Twirlerina and NIB Precious Gem so I am kinda bummed if I don't get them but atleast paypal has my back and I can get my money returned if anything. Still out of my G1 trade I sent her though  :cry:

My ponies arrived much to my amazement! I ended up opening a dispute but canceled it tonight. Why the seller could not communicate that they were on the way/send me the tracking number is beyond me. The weird thing about all of this is that the postage was paid for using stamps  :blink:

*phew* Glad you got it, but that's the reason why she couldn't track it or necessarily have a receipt.  :)
