Yep, they are the euro exclusive extra ponies that came with Rarity's carriage (Starswirl) and RD's Scooter (Skywishes).

The sets were $14 retail here in Australia, but the exclusive ponies are now going for that and more on their own. Your MIP Skywishes would go for a bit more though, obviously.

I'd say they are around $30. I'm currently trying to get the Euro G4's and I can't find them any cheaper than $30

Skywishes and Starswirl!!  I think they're on a lot of peoples' wishlists; I see Starswirl go for about $30 a lot, and I think Skywishes might go for a similar price. Euro Exclusives get expensive.

I would agree with the $18-20 mark for SkyWishes but to be honest Star Swirl will run more around $30-32.
