To this ebayer. Today I got this negative: This pony is nothing like the picture! I want a refund u thief very disappointed

AFTER the neg I got the following message: (I changed the swear words to *s hope thats ok)

Shame on you. People like you should be in jail!
How dare you send me a fake I paid so much for something cheap.
My 3 year old waited for this pony for weeks and when I received it I was very upset and disappointed that people like you are still living.
I watched as my daughter sat there scratching the paint off the pony I bought of you. My 3 year old was asking me why is  the color coming off. You looser I hope someone comes into your life and takes all your money and leaves you with nothing.
It's a shame you're all the way in the USA!!

People like this really get on my nerves You didn't do anything wrong. She obviously did not read the listing nor does she know anything about ponies. You have no reason to give her a refund, especially after she received it and destroyed your beautiful custom. I'm not sure what you can do about this because I'm a complete moron when it comes to Ebay and Paypal and disputes. I would definately keep the messages she sent you to use as evidence against her in case she tries to file a dispute. I'm sure someone more experienced will come along with some advice Best of luck to you! And many pony hugs No one deserves to be treated like that.

  OMG! 'Abusive' is right! You stated in the auction that the pony should stand up to 'light play', not someone deliberately picking paint off, not to mention that it might differ slightly from the picture because they are made-to-order... The 'delay' in receiving the item is also explained in the description too. This lady has NO reason to be acting like this. Yeesh.

Side note- I bought from you before (custom petite magnets) and I love your work The magnets are displayed on my fridge and I want to wear the Lickety pin you made me to the pony fair when I go

Yes, she clearly did not read the description. And if she knew anything about MLP toys, she would know that Hasbro doesn't produce anything close to your work.

I hope you get it straightened out, and she ends up with the neg marks on her record, and not you.

I agree! Something sounds Fishy...buyer remorse or something. Doesn't she know that in order to receive a full refund, she has to return the item in the Same condition as received. Who spends $50+ on an item and doesn't read anything under the description of it. She's already admitted that she let her child destroy it. Don't reply and let her open up a case, you have evidence that she has received and destroyed it.
