Custom Berets(or other hair related items for G4 fashion style ponies)

I was looking at berets I was gonna use in my fashion style fluttershy's mane; suffice to say I couldn't find what I wanted/envisioned. So I would be looking to make them myself!

How do I go about doing that? I looking to make some flower ones for my Flutter(I have her mane braided and would like if I could keep it like so using a tasteful piece of custom item), and some Diamond ones for my Rarity.

Check the scarp book section of the craft stores, you can probably find some nice items there you can hot glue onto normal hair clips and use.
